Warranty

You must read, follow and understand all safety and warranty instructions prior to

use. If there is anything you do not understand about this product, its use or instruc-

tions, please call 507-263-4484 (8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. CST) before using.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Tree Spider

products are warranted against manufacturing defects

in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from original date of purchase when prod-

uct is used in compliance with printed instructions. This warranty does not cover damage

resulting from abuse, improper use, user negligence or accidental or normal wear. It is ex-

pressly understood that Spider Products, LLC liability is limited to repair or replacement at

Spider Products’ expense if product is defective in material or workmanship during the war-

ranty period.

No other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchant-

ability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to the product. Spider Products

will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, injury, or loss, either for breach

of this warranty or for any other reason arising in connection with the sale, use of, inability to

use, repair, or replacement of Tree Spider

products. This warranty gives you specific legal

rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
